Canberra-based visual artist and award-winning journalist Toni Hassan in conversation with volunteer firefighter and children’s author, Rhiân Williams. Williams, who is featured in Hassan’s Between Presumption and Melancholy video series on now at PhotoAccess, is passionate about nature conservation and collaborative problem-solving.
Williams latest book is Emergency Emergency — Vehicles to the Rescue (published by Wild Dog Books with illustrations by Tom Jellett) and was part-inspired by her work with her local bushfire brigade in undertaking community engagement activities.
